The Provincial Priory of East Anglia is part of the Great Priory of England and Wales, one of the governing bodies in the UK for the United Religious, Military and Masonic Orders of the Temple and of St. John of Jerusalem, Palestine, Rhodes and Malta, which is one of the chivalric orders in Freemasonry. All members of the Order must be Christian, and subscribing Freemasons and Royal Arch Masons belonging to Lodges and Chapters recognised by the United Grand Lodge of England.
The Province of East Anglia covers the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, and has 15 Preceptories and a Preceptory of Improvement at the present time.
